I sign up for antenatal class but it didnt happen bcos of circuit breaker. I have a confinement nanny and she taught me everything. So I think it’s not necessary .
I search on YouTube on breathing techniques when I have contractions. If you are going for epidural, then you won’t feel a thing too & the midwife will guide you. Or you can search on YouTube too
