Hey mama, I’ve asked my gynae about this before too 😊 it’s generally safe to take them together, so no worries about harming baby. The only thing is calcium can slightly affect how well your body absorbs some vitamins (especially iron), so ideally you space them out by a couple of hours if you can. But if you occasionally take them at the same time, it’s really not a big deal at all—better than missing your dose completely.

Hi! Best not to take them at the same time actually. Calciumade (calcium) can block the iron absorption from Quatrovol, so you won’t get the full benefit. Try to space them at least 2 hours apart. No harm to baby though, just less effective for you! Not medical advice, please check with your doctor if unsure.
