Aww first pregnancy memang boleh bikin confuse kan! That cooling sensation bawah perut ni, sejujurnya kena check dengan doctor je sebab setiap orang lain, could be normal ligament stretching (happens a lot in early pregnancy), or could be something else yang doktor kena assess. Don't worry lah, but better safe than sorry especially when you're at 7 weeks, so just WhatsApp your clinic or book an appointment kay? A few of us mum friends pun rasa weird sensations different-different, but doktor confirm everything fine je, so don't stress yourself out. Take care!
