27months old daughter still not talking

Hi! Is it normal that my daughter still not talking at her age now (27months) but she loves singing, she know her ABC and 123, she know how to say milk, change, go, bye,wheee(when she happy) but still dont want to say daddy and mummy. She responds to her name. Have eye contact. And oh she just started sch (CC playgrp) last 3 weeks.. shld i just wait n observe her longer or make appt to see specialist?#advicepls #1stimemom

Time flies! Baobei growing too fast for mama’s comfort

Personally I think still ok since she can say some words. My nephew didn’t talk until 3yo. But also can go to speech therapist to gauge if there are underlying issues

He refused to say even single words 90% of the time. Just scream and points or signals like shake his head. Only his mum could understand him most of the time. But can see easily that he understands us and knows words. Occasionally will blurt out single words like pizza, Barney, tv, bottle.
