Help. Overwhelmed Mom

Is it normal that my 13mth old toddler can go without napping for 10 hours despite he is unwell, and can eat non-stop?

My little one is totally like this!! She’s a non stop Enegiser bunny from 6 am to 8 pm. Whether rain or shine. Sick or not. But by 8 pm she’s conked out like the wind!
