Alah normal je lah, especially at your stage tu baby dah boleh gerak quite a lot and perut tegang adalah part of pregnancy! A few of my mum friends all experienced the same thing around 23-24 weeks, and their doctors said it's fine as long as takde bleeding or severe pain. Tapi just to be safe, boleh la mention to your doctor at your next checkup, kalau dia cakap okay je, then you're all good and can relax!
