Confuse And Worry

Is it normal to still vomit n suddenly fainting? Im 13 weeks pregnancy. #1stbaby N still kurang selera. Any suggestion utk pemakanan yg boleh bg khasiat at baby? Bcoz i still cannot eat nasi.
