Definitely normal to feel the pain even 9 days after post partum.
u can take Panadol to relieve it but if u are allergy pls consult ur Dr.
Did you do any heavy duty that coz the slight bleeding?
is it still bleeding now or become dry blood stains.
I think can observe for now if it worsen pls inform your Dr about it.
