Baby Movement at Week 19

Is it normal to sometimes feel it and sometimes to not feel it for days? I am a first time mom so pretty anxious about this. And I start drinking milk for mom twice a day and totally reduce my water intake, not sure if its a good move cuz I feel like I am having too much liquid. Does the lack of plain water affect baby movement too? #bantujawab #askmommies

It’s normal, especially for ftm. I first felt little waves/bubblings at week 20, kicks around week 25 onwards. If you’re eating well, fresh milk is good enough. Maternity milk contains high sugars and definitely don’t replace it with water (important for amniotic fluid). Do drink more water instead.
