Aw sis, totally normal yan at nakakakaba talaga ang first time! Some babies are just spitters, especially if they're gulping down milk too fast or swallowing lots of air kahit may burps, ng ilan sa amin na moms, ganyan din ang experience, mas bumaba lang around 4-5 months when they got stronger. It can be related to the milk (kung sensitive siya or too much foremilk), pero maraming times it's just their immature digestive system pa lang, hindi pa fully developed ang valve between stomach and esophagus. Since nasusuka siya palaging including from the nose, I'd really suggest getting a second opinion from another pedia or even just a pediatric nurse para ma-assess properly if it's just normal spit-up or something na need attention, hindi ka dapat pagsawaan ng doctor, yan ang job nila!
