Anak, please bring her back to the pedia or go to the emergency room right away, 38 degrees is a significant fever, at hindi dapat i-ignore lalo na may bulutong tubig pa. Kailangan ng proper check-up to make sure it's nothing serious, hindi ka mag-aalala sa exposure kasi ang health ng baby mo ang priority. I know it's scary as a first-time mom (been there, girl!), pero ito talaga ang right move, ang pedia will know what to do, at dadalhin ka niya ng peace of mind. Rooting for your little one!
