First time mom / 32weeks

Alam ko na nakakagulat yan, lalo na first time! Yung sensation na parang may lalabas ay normal lang talaga, it's just your baby kicking hard at the skin near your belly button area, parang ang stretchy ng abdomen mo kaya feels intense. A few of us mums noticed the same thing around this time, and honestly it's just a sign na active ang baby mo which is actually good. That said, if it's making you really nervous or if may actual pain or cramping kasama niya, worth mentioning to your OB sa next checkup lang para peace of mind mo, they can check everything is fine. Relax lang, mama, you're doing great!
