Fetal heart rate

Ay mamsh, I know that worry! Pero alam mo, ang fetal heart rate ay laging may variation, at yan talaga ang importante i-discuss with your OB, hindi dapat mag-alala lang tayo sa numbers na nakita natin. Please don't wait until June 7 na, call your OB clinic agad and ask if you need to be seen sooner, especially kung nababahala ka talaga. A few of us moms had similar moments of panic with the ultrasound readings, pero ang doctor lang talaga ang makakasiguro kung normal or not based on the whole picture ng pregnancy mo. Be kind to yourself, your baby's doing the job na kailangan niya, pero tama na kausapin ang doc ASAP para sa peace of mind mo!
