Is it normal not to feel your baby kicks during your 18 weeks of pregnancy ?

Is it normal not to feel your baby kicks during your 18 weeks of pregnancy ? This is my first pregnancy and I don’t feel my baby kick as strong as who others describe, I sort of feel like the baby is moving but not as how others describe.
