Yan talaga common sa breastfeeding moms, especially pag exclusive pa rin ang latch, ang prolactin from nursing really suppresses your period kaya parang random lang ang cycle mo habang nagbababy pa rin. A few of us in my mum group went months without seeing AF while exclusively breastfeeding, so don't stress, pero if it's making you worried or irregular in a way that feels off, better to ask your OB lang, especially if you're planning another baby soon or just want peace of mind!
