Ay oo, normal lang yan mama! At one month, ang mga babies ay naturally malikot dahil sa reflexes pa lang nila, hindi pa sila may control sa movements, kaya parang nag-kick at nagwawalis sila ng onti-onti, hehe. As for the "nagsasalita" part, siguro cooing sounds lang yan or baby gurgles, which is also super normal at it's actually sweet na naririnig mo na siya nag-eexperiment with sounds! A few of us mums noticed din na ang babies namin ay super active from day one, so don't worry unless may something else na off or kung concerned ka talaga, quick check-up with your pedia won't hurt para peace of mind.
