Ay, I feel you, UTI pain is really uncomfortable! From what a few of us moms experienced, sometimes kapag may infection sa ihi, ang buong area na yan gets inflamed and sore, including the pubic area, so it could be related talaga. But since you're already on antibiotics from your OB, best thing is to follow up with her kung hindi pa rin bumuti or kung nag-worsen pa, sometimes the pain takes a few days pa to settle even while you're on meds, pero if something feels off beyond the normal discomfort, she should check it out para sure.
