Poop every after feed

Oo, totally normal yan sa exclusively breastfed babies, mama! A few of us in my mommy group have 4-month-olds na ganyan din, kaya don't worry, breastmilk is easier to digest kaya frequent poops talaga, especially at that age. Pero kung makikita mo na may blood, mucus, or unusual color, better check with your pedia just to be sure lahat ay okay lang. Wala naman panicking needed dito, pero peace of mind is always good!
