GRADE III PLACENTA

Hi mama! Grade III placenta at 35+ weeks ay fairly common na, especially pag malapit na tayo sa due date, yung placenta natin naturally matures throughout pregnancy kaya hindi unusual yan. But honestly, best to double-check with your OB kung okay lang siya sa baby's growth at oxygen flow, kasi sila ang makikita ang full picture ng ultrasound mo at kung normal pa rin ang amniotic fluid at lahat, peace of mind lang talaga, especially first time! One of my mum friends had the same situation and her doctor said it was fine, pero important na monitored lang regularly until delivery. Hang in there, mama, you're almost there na!
