Oo normal yan sa 15 weeks, mama! Yan yung Braxton Hicks contractions, practice contractions lang ng katawan mo, hindi pa ang actual labor, kaya don't worry. A few of us first-time moms din naalarma sa simula pero normal lang talaga siya, lalo na pag excited ka or nag-exercise ka, at nakakamiss din yan pag bumubuo pa lang ang baby at placenta mo. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water at resting when you can, pero if it gets really painful or you notice spotting, better check with your OB para peace of mind mo.
