Oo normal lang yan, mama! Marami sa amin ang nag-experience ng ganyan, ang breastfeeding talaga ay nakakaapekto sa hormones so delayed or irregular ang regla habang nagpapasuso. Some of my mom friends didn't get their period back for months or even a year, kaya ang every 2 months mo ay totally okay pa. Pero if you're concerned or if the bleeding is super heavy or may weird symptoms, mas maganda pang i-check with your OB lang para sa peace of mind mo. Kaya mo yan, mama!
