Oo, normal talaga ang shortness of breath at pagod sa ganitong stage ng pregnancy kasi ang baby at extra weight ay nagpipresyon sa diaphragm mo, pero 3 days of almost non-stop sleeping combined with persistent malaise throughout the day, that's worth flagging with your OB kaagad, lalo na if it's unusual for you, kahit na normal ang vitals mo. Your body's telling you something, at better safe than sorry sa final weeks ng pregnancy.
Ang truth is, may overlap lang between normal third-trimester fatigue at things that need checking, fatigue, shortness of breath, difficulty finding comfortable positions yung common, pero yung degree and consistency matters, at yung fact na natulog ka ng mostly 3 days straight is different from the usual exhaustion ng pregnant moms. Since your vitals are good (which is reassuring!), it could be anemia, thyroid changes, or just the weight ng pregnancy finally catching up, pero that's exactly what your doctor needs to rule in or out with a quick check-up or bloodwork if needed.
Don't wait for the next regular visit, message or call your OB today or tomorrow, describe exactly what you told me, and let them decide kung kailangan ng in-person eval or lab. Third trimester at almost ready to deliver, you deserve peace of mind, hindi lang assumption na "normal lang yan."
