Dry patches sa breast

Oo normal yan sa pregnancy, sobrang common actually, a few of us moms experienced the same thing, and lalo pang itchy dahil ng hormones at skin stretching pa lang hinahanda ang katawan mo! For dry patches, I'd suggest something gentle and pregnancy-safe like Mama's Choice Nipple Cream (yes, pwede sa whole breast area, hindi lang nipple, super gentle and made for sensitive preggy skin kaya walang harmful chemicals), or you can try plain coconut oil or unscented moisturizer na dermatologist-approved. That said, if it gets worse or may weird changes, best to mention it sa OB mo next visit para sure lang!
