7months preggy

Oo normal yan, especially na malapit na 7 months, ang body mo talaga ay nagsisimula nang mag-produce ng colostrum (ang unang milk), kaya may slight leakage o spotting pa lang yan sa breast. One of my mum friends said nangyari din sa kanya around the same time, so don't worry! Pero kung sobrang dami ng labas or may pain, best to mention it sa OB mo during your next check-up para peace of mind lang. Keep your bras clean at dry para comfortable ka, at you can use those nursing pads if gusto mo avoid staining your clothes.
