Normal Heart Rate ng Pregnant?

Honestly, mama, higher heart rate in third trimester is pretty normal kasi the baby and extra blood volume are putting work on your heart, but more than 110 consistently sounds like something worth checking with your OB, especially kung hindi ka nag-exercise or stressed pa lang. A few of us mums noticed our heart rate go up towards the end ng pregnancy, but if it's staying high or you're feeling dizzy or out of breath, better safe than sorry talaga, kaya get it checked out para ma-rule out anything else.
