Ay, cephalic position at 24 weeks is totally normal, momsh! That's actually the position most babies are in at that stage of pregnancy, kaya walang alalahanin doon. As for the gender, mahirap talaga makita sometimes depende sa position ng baby at kung malinaw ang ultrasound, a few of us had to go back for a repeat scan pa lang to confirm, so magsuggest lang kayo sa doctor next time if you really want to know sure. Pero honestly, basta healthy ang baby mo, yun na ang importante!
