White and clear discharge

Yup, normal lang yan at 19 weeks! A few of us pregnant mamas were actually talking about this sa group chat, and white or clear discharge is totally common throughout pregnancy, hormones lang ang culprit, everything's working as it should. Just keep an eye na walang weird smell or itching, at kung may pinkish tinge or anything na parang unusual, best to mention it sa OB mo sa next checkup para peace of mind lang!
