Relax lah, setiap baby beda timeline, my first one also tak ada teeth until almost 10 months, tapi dia okay je! At 8 months if he's drooling a lot, gums might be ready soon, even if teeth haven't popped through yet. The chewing thing is more about readiness for solids than having teeth, a few of us tried giving softer finger foods or letting them gum it, and honestly some babies manage fine. That said, do check with your paediatrician just to be sure everything's developing fine on his end, especially if you're worried about the chewing or if he seems uncomfortable, tapi most likely you've just got a late bloomer macam your first one!
