Perut mngeras

Aiyo, perut mengeras memang normal sikit-sikit especially kalau baby aktif sangat (semua movement dia cause Braxton Hicks contractions), tapi kalau dah frequent and discomfort, mesti check dengan doc sebab 7 bulan lagi awal sedikit untuk contractions yang terlalu banyak, a few of my mum friends had the same worry and their doctors just checked untuk make sure everything okay je. Rehat lebih, minum air banyak-banyak, and if it becomes painful or comes in pattern, jangan tunggu lama panjang, go to clinic okay?
