Sayang, cramping and fatigue boleh normal dalam early pregnancy, tapi since you're worried, please go to your KK or clinic soon, better safe than sorry , especially sebagai first baby. A few of my mum friends had similar symptoms and turned out fine after check-up, tapi doktor perlu tengok you proper. Don't wait if cramping becomes severe or ada bleeding, go straight to emergency.
