Eh cramp kejap-kejap tu memang biasa dalam second trimester, especially kalau ada batuk kuat sebab perut kerja lebih keras, tapi since you're worried better check dengan doctor je untuk peace of mind, a few of my mum friends got checked at this stage and they semua okay lang, tapi better safe than sorry kan. Batuk yang kuat memang boleh cause abdominal discomfort, so jangan tahan-tahan, go see your gynae and let them assess properly lah.
