Fasa Pregnant

Alamak, yes lah, pregnancy hormones boleh buat banyak weird sensations! Ada few of my mum friends yang ada sama, rasa macam ada something stuck kat throat or chest, usually sebab progesterone affects your digestive system and kan boleh cause acid reflux atau just general heaviness kat area tu. Try drink lots of water, eat smaller meals, and avoid spicy or greasy food for now, sometimes it helps soothe the discomfort. But since you're pregnant and tak berselera makan pulak, best to mention this to your doctor or midwife next visit, just to make sure everything okay je, especially if it's making you struggle to eat properly!
