Hmm, at day 52 postpartum macam tu memang agak lama lagi untuk ada bleeding, especially kalau kerja banyak gerak, one of my mum friends had the same thing and doctor kata sometimes activity boleh trigger lochia lagi even quite far into confinement. Tapi sebab it's happening now, better you check with your doctor or midwife saja to make sure everything okay, sebab ada rare cases of retained placenta or infection yang boleh cause this. In the meantime, jangan push yourself too hard la, try rest when you can even at work, and monitor if the bleeding increases or ada smell yang off atau lagi bleeding clots. Take care!
