First baby 38minggu Hari 2

Aiyah jangan risau sangat, first babies memang biasa lambat sikit, a few of my mum friends also went past 38 weeks before anything happened! Tapi sebab you're already at 38 weeks, best to follow up dengan doctor ka midwife you regularly je, they'll monitor baby's movements and do NST if needed to make sure everything's still okay. Most first babies come within the next 2-3 weeks, so just relax, eat well, and jangan terlalu stress (easier said than done, I know ). Keep counting kicks and if ada anything yang rasa off, jangan tunggu appointment lagi, go to hospital la.
