Keputihan

Eh normal jer lah at 36 weeks, banyak keputihan tu sign your body is preparing for labour! Lendir yang banyak, clear, and tak berbau or gatal tu actually a good sign, means everything is healthy down there. A few of us preggo mums experienced the same thing towards the end, macam pantyliner je tak cukup haha, but if suddenly berubah colour to brown/pink or berbau busuk, or ada spotting, better check dengan doctor ye just to be safe! For now, just guna pantyliner and make sure you change it regularly to stay comfortable, okay mama?
