Ay, 32 weeks and perut mengeras keras macam tu memang boleh jadi Braxton Hicks (contraction palsu), especially kalau cuma sekali sehari je, a few of my mum friends also had yang sama, tarik nafas panjang-panjang and it passes. But since it feels very tight and you're worried, better check with your doctor to make sure everything is ok, especially kalau tendangan baby suddenly lain dari biasa or ada spotting ke.
