Alamak, bleeding gums during pregnancy ni memang common sebab hormon, tapi kalau melelehlah macam luka tu kena check dengan doctor ye, jangan delay, banyak darah macam tu boleh jadi gingivitis yang lebih serius dan kena kuratkurang. A few of my mum friends had the same thing and once they went to see the dentist, doctor confirm je it's pregnancy gingivitis, pastu settle je with proper cleaning dan advice on gentle brushing. In the meantime, try soft toothbrush je, and rinse dengan warm salt water after meals, memang membantu sikit with inflammation, tapi honestly since you're already worried and bleeding macam tu, better see a doctor soon for peace of mind, okay? You don't have to worry it will affect baby, it's more about making sure gusi you okay lang. Let me know if it settles!
