34weeks 4Hari sudaa..kadang" wktu malam, sllu rasa perut bekeras..ada sesiapa bole tolong explain?

Ah tu Braxton Hicks lah! Normal je, especially at 34 weeks, perut akan keras then soft balik, macam practice contractions je untuk badan kau menjelang delivery. A few of my mum friends said it happened to them jugak malam-malam, especially kalau sibuk or tired during the day. Tapi kalau sakit teruk, discharge ada, or contractions regular dalam 5-10 minutes apart, better check with your doctor cepat-cepat sebab baru 34 weeks pa lagi.
