Hmm, at 6 weeks postpartum the discharge can be quite heavy and yes, sometimes it comes out in clots especially when you move around or stand up, a few of us experienced that jugak, it's because gravity does its thing! But if the clots are really large, smell very strong, or you're soaking through pads super quickly, better check with your doctor just to be safe, especially since you're still quite early postpartum.
