Since you're 7 weeks, definitely check with your doctor or gynae to make sure the pain is gastrik-related and bukan something else, sebab they boleh adjust medication yang safe during pregnancy if needed, some antacids memang okay pakai masa hamil. Meanwhile try eating smaller, frequent meals, avoid trigger foods, and stay upright after eating like usual gastrik management, tapi jangan risk it sendiri lah, better get checked out.
