Sakit perut memulas

Aih, 5 hari tu memang bikin risau! Okay so at 38 weeks, cirit birit memang boleh happen, some mums in my circle had it a few days before labour, but a few had it drag on and turned out just nak dekat delivery time. The key thing is kalau baby still gerak okay, perut tak keras-keras or sakit teruk, and no bleeding, biasanya memang normal jer. Tapi since yours dah 5 hari, better check with your doctor or midwife just to be safe, nak pastikan bukan something else lah, kan? They can confirm if it's just the body preparing or if you perlu kurangi certain foods. All the best!
