yes and no. if there is blood,go to hospital asap and let thm know u are pregnant and bleeding.. if bavk pain and abdominal pain like period cramps thats not normal.. if only backpain,maybe u salah tidur kot..sleep on ur sides and put pillow at ur back yo support ur back... and also in between ur legs.
