I’m pregnant with my third and every pregnancy including the current one i will have anxiety. More especially in my third trimester… Oh gosh, I feel you. I overthink alot of things and it leads to having an anxiety attack. What works for me so far is having my husband patting my back (stronger pats) to ‘bring me back to be in the present’. Or playing games on my phone to distract myself. Essential oils or talking to someone also helps. Worst times, i’ll just pinch myself to get myself together hahaha. One thing about anxiety i know is, it’s because of your thoughts. One thing leads to the other and it grows and leads to anxiety. You need to find a way that works for you to ‘be in the present’ and not overthink things. It’s easier said than done, I know. And anxiety sucks, big time. I feel it first hand, even at this current stage. But we got this 💪🏼

Yes I was like this when I was pregnant. I will play some calming music to make myself relax and sleep better. You can try to find suitable ways on how to make yourself calm down since everyone is different.

me!! and nothing really helps. 😭😭 am overthinking and crying almost everyday.
