Since may greencard ka, I'd suggest mag-inquire directly sa preferred hospital mo about their package rates para sa foreigners, kasi may iba-ibang coverage depending sa insurance, walang two-size-fits-all answer dito talaga, pero definitely mas mura with PhilHealth vs walang insurance!
