Poop question!

Is this normal? My daughter’s exclusively breastfed. She takes Nutrillin, Ceelin, and Sangobion. She’s turning 3 months old on the 20th. I just noticed na may red dots na parang gel like yung itsura. PS. Some of you might say na better to bring to the doctor than waste time posting here. But I don’t want to bring my daughter outside the house especially now that there’s an outbreak. UNLESS kailangan talaga. So if you know something about this or have had the same experience please tell me. Thank you!
