Hi mama! A week delay after your first injection is actually pretty common, your body is still adjusting to the hormones, kaya normal lang yan. Best thing to do though is contact your OB para sure, especially since it's your first time with injectables, para ma-rule out other things at ma-ease your mind, okay? A few of my mum friends had similar experiences after their first shot and their doctors just reassured them it would regulate in the next cycle or two. Fingers crossed for you!
