Okay, so at 14 weeks, ligament pain (round ligament pain) is pretty common talaga, especially when you're changing positions or sleeping, minsan ang baby bump pa lang ay nag-stretch ng muscles around your belly kaya sumasakit, pero it really depends kung gaano ka-intense yung sakit. I'd suggest checking with your OB just to be sure it's nothing else, especially kung ang sakit ay persistent or may other symptoms like spotting, kasi mas safe na i-rule out anything serious, you know? Isa pa, ilan sa mum friends ko nag-complain din ng similar pains sa first trimester, pero it went away after a few weeks kaya don't worry too much, pero doctor's check-up is still best.
