Dizziness during 3rd trimester

Normal ba na you feel dizzy all of a sudden during daytime on your third trimester? Im 36 weeks pregnant. Bigla bigla akong nahihilo kng umaga. I cant sleep well at night kasi mahirap na mtulog and panay yung gising ko pra umihi. #pleasehelp #1stimemom #advicepls
