darah nifas

Jangan risau sangat, mama, darah nifas sampai 40-60 hari tu memang normal lah, especially kalau normal delivery. A few of my mum friends pun masih ada sikit-sikit sampai day 50-something, so you're not alone! Tapi kalau flow dia heavy sangat or bau tak sedap or ada clots besar, baik la check dengan doctor just to be safe, better peacemind je kan. Most of us the bleeding gets lighter and lighter towards the end, so tengok aja kalau it's just spotting, that's usually fine. Kau rest banyak-banyak and jangan angkat berat, that helps too!
