Eh, mummy, baby not pooping for 3 days at that age is something you should mention to the doctor or clinic soon-lah, just to be safe! A few of my mum friends had babies with sudden poop changes, and most turned out fine, but better get the nurse to check properly, could be feeding related, or just need a bit of help.
